South Sea Cargo departed from Port Vila on 4th June. The barge arrived in Litslits, Malekula the next day, and the team began the operations.
Delivering some full containers to our dedicated customers in the Malampa province, along with some LCL cargo goods – which are becoming increasingly popular.
Before departing Malekula, the team had to load some cargo and then headed to the next destination, Santo.
With a pleasant surprise of seeing a cruise ship docked in Santo’s wharf. It is good to see the tourism industry bouncing back since the recent cyclones earlier this year.
The Santo operations were successful with some full container deliveries and repositions along with 2 additional LCL cargo goods delivered to the people of Santo. The crew noted they’ve seen a recent increase in LCL activity, which is awesome news!
