South Sea Cargo departed Port Vila at 11:39am on 8th of May 2023.

After creating a promotional video for the LCL containers and publishing it to local Vanuatu television stations, VBTC and 1NOMO, South Sea Cargo is already seeing an increase in the LCL containers being shipped.

This is exciting as it is a market that we are looking to expand into, offering ‘Less than Container Load’ cargo deliveries to individual customers. The advertisement was used to promote this new service and to continue growing South Sea Cargo’s operations.

It was exciting to see one of the staff mention that South Sea Cargo has moved over 1,000 tonnes of medical supplies from Port Vila to Santo and Malekula within the last 12 months.

South Sea Cargo is very pleased to be able to continue offering reliable inter island shipping services to it’s customers and assist in developing the islands with the vital role of transporting goods.
